Management Charter

DK Dongshin, a manufacturer of color-coated steel sheets, places the highest priority on the dignity and value of people in all its business activities.
DK Dongshin respects the human rights of all stakeholders, including employees, partners, customers, and local communities.
DK Dongshin upholds international human rights principles such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the Core Conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and faithfully complies with relevant laws and regulations of each country and region.
We establish institutional systems to prevent and address human rights violations and continuously strive to ensure that all members practice the value of respect for human rights.

To put the spirit of human rights management into practice, DK Dongshin hereby declares the following fundamental principles to be observed by all officers and employees.

    DK Dongshin respects all employees and stakeholders, provides regular training and monitoring to prevent any physical or mental violations of human rights, and operates grievance handling procedures while ensuring the protection of whistleblowers and the prevention of recurrence.

    DK Dongshin does not engage in unfair discrimination based on gender, age, race, nationality, disability, religion, education, origin, or sexual orientation in any aspect of human resources management, including recruitment, compensation, promotion, and training, and respects diversity and inclusion.

    DK Dongshin respects employees' rights to freely express their opinions and engage in collective bargaining, guarantees legitimate union activities, and does not impose any disadvantages on individuals for such activities.

    DK Dongshin ensures that all employment relationships are based on the free will of employees and prohibits any acts that restrict personal freedom, such as violence, intimidation, confinement, deposit demands, or retention of identity cards.

    DK Dongshin prohibits workplace harassment, sexual harassment, verbal abuse, and any conduct that infringes upon human dignity, fostering a culture of mutual respect and consideration.

    Protection of Personal Information
    DK Dongshin safely manages the personal information of employees and customers in accordance with applicable laws and prohibits unauthorized use or disclosure to third parties.

    Compliance with Fair Working Conditions
    DK Dongshin ensures appropriate working hours, rest periods, wages, and leaves in compliance with national and local labor laws and provides fair and equitable treatment to all employees.
